Nordic Brand Lead Support, medac

We are looking for a Nordic Brand Lead Support. You will be a key member of our team, playing a central role in assisting colleagues within the team, with a wide range of varied and exciting tasks. In this dynamic and independent role, you will handle both strategic, administrative and coordinating tasks. Your ability to be flexible, solution-oriented, and proactive will be essential for success in this position.
No two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who enjoys tackling everything from small practical details to larger projects. You are a "doer" who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves, whether it involves organising meetings or preparing contracts for consulting assignments. What matters is not the task itself but that you approach it with the same energy and attention to detail—whether it’s booking a restaurant or collecting data for analysis.                                                                       

Location: Office-based in Hyllie, The Point in Malmö. Hybrid with the possibility to work 40% from home. Some travelling is expected.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to colleagues within the team (mainly Brand Leads)
  • Extract data and compile statistics to Brand Leads to support business decisions
  • Preparation of contracts and agreements
  • Internal meeting management and coordination
  • Assist in conference and event preparation and execution
  • Prepare, taking notes and minutes and follow-up during meetings
  • Assist in administration of marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Trained nurse alternatively a pharmacist or the equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years work as a nurse or pharmacist. Preferably recently
  • Fluent in Swedish. English on a professional level
  • Basic skills in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner) and the ability and willingness to bring the competence to a higher level

Advantage:

  • Education within marketing, sales or project management
  • Experience from working in specialised and advanced hospital clinics
  • Experience within Oncology or Hematology is an advantage. Rheumatology and Urology experience can also be of value
  • Experience from work in different clinics/wards or advancement within one clinic is an advantage
